New customers receive a 14‑day free trial with Enterprise features enabled. No charges occur during the trial. Cancel before it ends to avoid charges.

Cancellations

• Cancel anytime from account settings or by contacting support.
• Cancellation is effective at the end of the current billing cycle. The next month will not be charged.
• Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades at cycle end. Proration may apply at our discretion.

Refunds & Disputes

• Refunds are handled case‑by‑case via support at support@aetherdine.com.
• 30‑day money‑back guarantee for first‑time customers, once per customer. Subsequent subscriptions are not eligible.
