Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Aetherdine, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

Aetherdine provides a comprehensive digital platform for restaurant management, including:

  • Online ordering system
  • Menu management tools
  • Payment processing
  • Analytics and reporting
  • Customer management features

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of our service, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Not use the service for any unlawful purposes
  • Respect intellectual property rights

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms for our services:

  • Subscription fees are billed monthly
  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
  • Late payments may result in service suspension

4a. Trials, Cancellations & Refunds

We use Clerk Billing with Stripe to manage subscriptions and payments. You can manage your subscription from your account profile at any time.

14‑Day Enterprise Trial

  • New customers receive a 14‑day free trial with Enterprise features enabled.
  • No charges are made during the trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged.
  • If you continue after the trial, your chosen subscription begins at the end of the trial period.

Cancellations & Effective Date

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting support.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle; the next month will not be charged.
  • Upgrades generally take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the end of the current cycle. Any proration is at our reasonable discretion.

Refunds & Disputes

  • Refund requests are handled case‑by‑case via support (support@aetherdine.com).
  • We offer a 30‑day money‑back guarantee for first‑time customers, once per customer. Subsequent subscriptions are not eligible for the guarantee.
  • Before opening a payment dispute with your card issuer, please contact our support so we can investigate and resolve the issue per this policy.

5. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Our infrastructure is currently hosted with DigitalOcean (or successor cloud providers), and service reachability depends on global internet routing. The service is intended to be available worldwide and normal network latency should not materially impact core functionality. We reserve the right to:

  • Perform scheduled maintenance
  • Make emergency repairs
  • Update or modify the service
  • Suspend accounts for violations of these terms

6. Limitation of Liability

Aetherdine shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination:

  • Your access to the service will be discontinued
  • You may export your data within 30 days
  • All outstanding fees become immediately due
  • These terms will continue to apply to past use

9. Legal and Export Restrictions

Aetherdine provides a software-as-a-service (SaaS) solution. We do not export or ship any physical goods. Access to and use of the service must comply with all applicable export control, sanctions, and embargo laws and regulations (including those of the EU, UK, and United States). We may restrict access to the service in certain jurisdictions or to certain users to comply with such laws.

  • You represent that you are not located in, under the control of, or a national or resident of any country or region subject to comprehensive sanctions, and that you are not on any government list of restricted or prohibited parties.
  • You agree not to use the service for any purpose prohibited by applicable export or sanctions laws.
